🆘 Server Unavailable - What to Do?

1. Check the service status in the control panel. Open the service page and verify: • Power status: running or stopped. If the server is stopped - start it. • Billing/service status: Active / Prepare / Pending / Deleted. If the service is unpaid - the invoice must be paid. If the status Prepare persists for more than 12 hours - contact technical support.

2. Check server availability from different locations. Use https://check-host.net/. Enter the server IP and run the test. If the server is unreachable only from your connection but reachable from other regions - the issue is with your ISP, and we cannot help. Contact your internet provider.

3. Try connecting via VNC. Open the VNC section in your panel. If the OS is running but network access does not work, check the firewall inside the OS.

4. Run a traceroute. Execute tracert/traceroute to the server’s IP from your location. If the route fails on your provider’s side - contact your ISP. If it fails near the server - save the results and continue to the next step.

5. Create a support ticket. If none of the previous steps helped - create a ticket. Describe what you have already checked and attach the traceroute results.
